Return Policy-

If the jacket order is cancelled before the jacket is branded,
we can refund the caregivers money and return the jacket to inventory.

Once the jacket is branded accurately, we can't accept a cancellation or return of the jacket.

If the jacket is damaged or branded wrong and it IP's error, we will replace at no charge.
If the caregiver damages or makes a mistake on the personalization the caregiver
will need to re-purchase the jacket at their expense.
